Not only are we a multidisciplinary practice, but we also have an interdisciplinary

When necessary, we will effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals, on your behalf, to ensure the best possible outcome.

Dr. Douglas White

After graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Physical Education with a focus in exercise physiology, Dr. White then furthered his education at Cleveland Chiropractic college of Kansas City, where he obtained Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. After graduation, Dr. White moved to Auckland, New Zealand where he completed his post-graduate training mentoring under world renowned chiropractor Dr. Brian Kelly.

Dr. White began his clinical practice in the state of Maine, where he pursued his interest in sports chiropractic. Dr. White had the privilege of being the team chiropractor for the AHL Portland Pirates, was team physician for the Southern Maine Raging Bulls and Notre Dame Cobras semi-professional football teams and has been the personal chiropractor for a number of amateur and professional freestyle skiers, snowboarders and skateboarders.

Dr. White moved back home in 2011 and became the preferred chiropractor for the St. John’s IceCaps, under the Winnipeg Jets organization.  He was also one of the preferred chiropractors for the Tim Hortons Brier Curling Championship in 2017.

Currently, Dr. White continues to see athletes on a regular basis, and also enjoys his family based practice.

With his background in personal training and exercise rehabilitation, Dr. White has incorporated exercise rehabilitation into his chiropractic practice and seen dramatic results.
