Summer is quickly approaching and for the residents of St. John’s and surrounding areas, the weather has been cooperating with the calendar! We have had warm, beautiful days lately, which have forced many of us out of winter-induced hibernation and into the great outdoors. We have started walking, running, hiking, biking, boating and finishing up projects around the home and garden that we couldn’t tackle while the snow was around.
This increase in activity can bring with it a wide variety of positive side effects to your health but it can also bring with it added strain and pressure on your back and body.
